Job summary

Resilience Care, a France-based medtech company, is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Lead to drive all clinical programs, including RCTs, ISRs and RWE projects. You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and manage a team of five to six professionals, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high-quality standards.

You will build and maintain SOPs, budgets and risk registers, liaise with sites, investigators and industry partners, and work cross-functionally with Clinical

Qualifications

• Eight years of clinical research experience.
• Three years of managing a team or study portfolio.
• Experience with sponsors or industry partners in CRO/pharma/biotech/medtech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the study portfolio: manage budgets, timelines, risk registers, GCP compliance, milestones and performance indicators; run weekly project reviews.
• Allocate projects and manage the team’s workload: assign tasks, organise backup, prioritise and recruit as needed.
• Manage and develop the team—Senior CTMs, CTMs and CRAs—through goal-setting, reviews and coaching.
