Job summary

Resilience Care, a leading remote patient monitoring company, seeks a senior Clinical Operations leader to manage all trials, ISRs and RWE projects. You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and oversee a team of five to six CTMs and CRAs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will build a scalable quality system compliant with GCP, ICH, Jardé law and GDPR, and collaborate across Commercial, Legal and Finance to grow our industry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in clinical research, including three years in a management role.
• Led studies for sponsors or industry partners in CRO/biotech/medtech.
• Experience with real-world studies or medical devices; ISO 14155 knowledge is a plus.
• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, clinical research or biomedical engineering.
• Professional English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead the study portfolio: budgets, timelines, risk registers, GMP/GCP compliance and milestones.
• Allocate projects and manage the team’s workload and recruitment needs.
• Develop and coach Senior CTMs, CTMs and CRAs to autonomy and performance.
• Maintain quality systems, SOPs, templates and audit readiness for GCP/ICH/Jardé/GDPR.
• Act as escalation point for sites, investigators and partners on delays or budget overruns.
• Shape the clinical research offering for industry partners with cross-functional input.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Data Management, Finance, Regulatory and Product.
