Qualifications

• Background in linguistics, education, or related field requiring linguistic attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience in human data evaluation, data annotation, or QA activities.
• Verified English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Native-level proficiency in the target language with strong grammar and cultural nuance.
• Strong analytical skills to identify subtle language inconsistencies and awkward phrasing.
• Excellent written communication to produce clear documentation.
• Ability to analyze quality trends and convert feedback into practical resources.
• Meticulous, independent, and systematic at reviewing language data and following guidelines.
• Access to a secure computer and reliable high-speed internet for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI-generated content for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Evaluate language outputs against established quality standards and project-specific requirements.
• Identify and correct subtle linguistic errors, unnatural expressions, and cultural inconsistencies in your native language.
• Act as a key quality checkpoint during production, helping prevent recurring language issues and maintain consistent standards.
• Analyze quality trends and recurring errors to identify opportunities for improvement across AI data tasks.
• Turn raw feedback and quality findings into structured, actionable educational resources and documentation.
• Provide specialized linguistic consultation and native-language vetting as projects scale.
• Collaborate with relevant project stakeholders to improve alignment between AI task outputs and campaign expectations.
