Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Manager of IT Analyst and Engineering to lead a cross-functional team supporting enterprise technology initiatives and critical projects. You will oversee technical professionals, drive delivery, and partner with stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams.
• Experience overseeing analysts, QA, reporting developers, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology projects and implementations.
• Experience with data, BI, analytics, or technical analysis teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting business needs.
• Experience with ERP systems or large-scale technology initiatives preferred.
• Bachelor's degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of about eight professionals across roles.
• Manage a portfolio of ~30 concurrent technology and business initiatives.
• Coordinate enterprise system enhancements and ERP-related projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver projects.
• Monitor timelines, risks, and progress; report to leadership.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with analytics, reporting, and data teams to support objectives.
• Apply practical project management practices with flexibility.
