Responsibilities

• Coordinate consortium across five partners and guide technical discussions.
• Assess datasets, map data, identify integration opportunities.
• Develop integrated work plan with milestones and owners.
• Propose data schemas, metadata standards, and documentation.
• Recommend platform architecture and interoperability frameworks.
• Define data hub PoC requirements and oversee contractor handover.
• Contribute to AI-ready data strategies and governance roadmap.
• Co-author final technical and governance roadmap.
