Assetara Limited is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist for Basse-Terre, Guadeloupe. You will source candidates, post jobs across channels, schedule interviews, and conduct 2–3 video interviews per day, recording every session for leadership review.

You will manage inbound applications, coordinate across time zones, and maintain daily candidate pipelines with clear, structured reporting to top management.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional presentation on camera.
• HR / Recruiting background preferred (sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles).
• Home office with high-definition webcam, clear microphone, and reliable internet connection required.

Responsabilités

• Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Review and process candidate resumes provided directly by the company.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates via Email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day, record every interview for leadership reporting.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, track candidate pipelines, and submit structured daily reports.
