Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to support AI training initiatives by overseeing the operational execution of clinical research projects. This fully remote contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) and focuses on applying real-world trial rigor to AI systems.

The role requires strong budget, timeline, and multi-vendor management skills, with experience coordinating CROs and internal teams to ensure high-quality study execution.

Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multi-vendor studies.
• Co-ordination of CROs and external research partners.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver with clear communication in fast-moving environments.
• Strong track record in clinical operations management.

Responsabilités

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and expenditure tracking across vendors/partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams for quality study execution.
• Identify operational risks early and resolve issues, keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Apply clinical research expertise to AI training projects using real-world data.
