Alignerr seeks a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help evaluate and improve AI-driven healthcare tools. You bring frontline nursing insight to ensure AI outputs align with real-world care and documentation workflows.

In this fully remote role, you’ll annotate clinical content, review health IT outputs, and provide structured feedback to AI training teams. Prior CNA/clinical informatics experience is valuable, with flexible hours and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background.
• Familiar with clinical informatics, health IT systems, or electronic health records.
• Experience working with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Strong ability to evaluate clinical accuracy and identify workflow gaps.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and usability.
• Apply nursing workflows and EHR knowledge to assess AI outputs.
• Identify gaps or unsafe recommendations in AI healthcare content.
• Translate clinical nuance into actionable feedback for AI training teams.
• Review and annotate data related to clinical documentation and workflows.
• Work independently on a flexible, asynchronous schedule.
