Obsidian is seeking researchers to tackle state-of-the-art physics problems in gravitational and astroparticle contexts. You will work on research-level challenges, producing complete reasoning and outputs suitable for independent verification by a subfield specialist.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD in gravitation or related fields, have published on the targeted phenomena, and can work remotely for 10 hours/week over 8–10 weeks, with compensation of $80–$110 per hour.

Qualifications

• PhD in gravitation, cosmology or astroparticle physics required.
• Publications on the specified phenomena (torsion, Nieh-Yan, CS terms) preferred.
• Strong numerical methods and verifiable publication record.
