Jobgether is seeking a Senior Social Media Project Manager for a partner company based in France. You will coordinate social, content, creative, marketing, PR, and analytics across time zones to deliver high-visibility campaigns on schedule.

This one-year remote contract emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and influencing without direct authority, with opportunities to shape workflows and ensure effective cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media project management or similar role.
• At least 2 years of experience working remotely with distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with Asana and Google Workspace or comparable tools.
• Strong project management capabilities across prioritization, planning, organization, time management, stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of social media and campaign operations workflows.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior social media leadership to plan and deliver evergreen initiatives and campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects, defining scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across social, content, design, PR, analytics, and external partners.
• Lead kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives to maintain momentum.
• Develop project documentation, dashboards, and reporting for project health and performance.
• Establish effective communication practices across multiple time zones.
• Influence without direct authority to promote accountability and inclusive collaboration.
• Lead process improvements to reduce bottlenecks and improve delivery.
