Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on cardiovascular ultrasound scanning experience in a hospital, health system, or similar clinical setting.
• Proven ability to communicate clinical concepts to technical and non-clinical audiences.
• Experience translating clinical workflows into product or technology requirements.
• Experience in clinical evaluation/validation activities for ultrasound technologies.
• Leadership or mentoring experience in cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical SME in cardiovascular ultrasound, representing workflows and customer experience within R&D.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to translate clinical needs into product requirements.
• Engage with clinical customers to understand workflows, unmet needs, and usability challenges.
• Maintain specialized knowledge of cardiovascular ultrasound, including emerging practices.
• Develop clinical materials and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive ultrasound landscape and differentiators.
• Apply clinical judgment to analyze workflow and product questions.
• Support clinical evaluation/validation activities for new technologies.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and build consensus.
• Act as a clinical resource and mentor for colleagues.
