Alan is hiring engineers to join Claims Management, building and maintaining the refunding platform used by 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You will work across product crews on document processing, claims experience, payments and fraud prevention, with a focus on scalable web applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building complex software systems.
• Strong experience delivering web applications at scale.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Python in cross‑platform environments.
• Familiarity with React and modern web technologies.
• English working proficiency is required.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain web applications used by millions across multiple countries.
• Develop scalable backend services and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams.
• Own features from design through deployment and monitoring.
