Cross Border Talents in Greece is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist. You can work fully remote within Greece or on-site in Athens, joining a friendly, international team and gaining valuable experience in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will help French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records; relocation support is offered to make the move to Greece seamless.

Qualifications

• Native-level French speaker (C2)
• Confident English speaker (B2 level or higher)
• Great communicator with a positive mindset
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Already living in Greece or ready to relocate
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not required

Responsabilités

• Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided)
• Collaborate with a friendly, international team and learn from experienced mentors
• Maintain accurate customer records to ensure top-quality service
