Onepilot is looking for a freelance agent to assist our clients’ consumers with their problems from home. After e-learning trainings, you’ll access a knowledge base to respond to user requests via email, chat, or call.

You work remotely and are paid for each ticket solved, with ticket prices depending on complexity and location. On average, agents earn £15 an hour and must be available at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customers’ inquiries via email, chat or call after completing trainings and accessing knowledge bases.
• Handle tickets with varying complexity as a freelance agent and be paid per ticket solved, based on complexity and location.
