Job summary

Swapcard is seeking a freelance lawyer to support its in-house legal team. You’ll report to Sarah Fellous, Chief Legal Officer, and work remotely in a fast-paced, international environment. Responsibilities include company law, governance, shareholder matters, employment law guidance, and other business-law topics as needed.

CET timezone preferred; engagement through end of 2026 with renewal possible. Start date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in business law, including in-house or SaaS/tech clients.
• Full professional proficiency in English; French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day company governance, housekeeping and shareholder matters.
• Support employment law on contracts, HR questions and procedures.
• Handle other business-law topics as needed for the in-house team.
