Swapcard, a leading AI-powered event platform, is hiring a senior corporate lawyer to manage funding, M&A, and global corporate structuring across worldwide subsidiaries. You will also oversee ESOP programs and advise founders on strategic legal matters.

You will work remotely with a diverse, global team and report to the Chief Legal Officer, collaborating with finance and external counsels to shape company growth and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 4 to 6 years of experience (post graduation) in corporate law.
• Admitted to practice law in France (CAPA).
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Experience with startup clients is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle corporate transactions including funding, M&A, investment, and other strategic operations.
• Handle corporate secretary for the French entity and 8 worldwide subsidiaries and ensure compliance.
• Manage ESOP plans distributed to collaborators worldwide.
• Develop and execute legal strategy regarding group structuration and setting up new entities around the world.
• Provide corporate advices to the founders and different stakeholders.
• Proactively collaborate with the finance team and outside counsels.
