Stakha is recruiting a DevOps Solutions Architect to remotely support France-based clients for an AI startup building autonomous agents for enterprise IT infrastructure. The role involves deploying the platform in complex environments, assisting with POCs and production deployments, and debugging AI agents and infrastructure issues.

You will turn customer challenges into reliable AI workflows while partnering with Engineering to enhance the product through real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in a MSP or customer-facing infrastructure role.
• Strong Linux, networking and infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on Terraform and/or Ansible experience.
• Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with customers and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ambiguity navigation.
• Adaptable and curious, able to move between technologies and environments.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and configure the platform in complex Enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with customers during POCs, onboarding and production deployments.
• Debug AI agents, infrastructure and production issues.
• Translate customer challenges into reliable AI workflows.
• Work closely with Engineering to improve the product using real-world feedback.
