Résumé du poste

Questel, based in Sophia-Antipolis, is seeking an FP&A professional to join the Finance team. You will build and animate business reviews, master data quality, and drive reporting automation while supporting group reporting and budget cycles.

You will collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Finance, leveraging BI tools and Excel to deliver reliable insights and drive continuous improvement. Fluency in English and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience within an international group or Big 4/audit environment.
Self-starter: takes initiative and can build processes and dashboards from scratch.
Advanced accounting and Excel skills are required.
Good communication skills are essential.
Knowledge in BI and CRM software is highly appreciated.
Rigorous, organized, trustworthy, and curious.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

Build and animate the monthly business reviews for your perimeter with timely delivery and accuracy.
Maintain and improve data quality and automate reporting to reduce delays.
Develop group reporting and ensure correct P&L allocation and reporting rules.
Lead budget and reforecast cycles withBudget Owners and drive template standardization.
Contribute to BI tool adoption and Excel-to-BI transitions across the team.
