Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and a certificate must be provided.
• 3+ years in financial crime investigations or 1+ year in SAR reporting is required.
• Fluency in English and French (C1+ level) is required.
• Experience in a regulated or policy-driven environment is preferred.
• Experience with investigative methodologies and analytical tools is expected.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and take ownership of workload.
• Adaptability and experience with fast-cycle feedback.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, investigating, and reporting financial crime cases.
• Ongoing monitoring and resolving formal complaints and Financial Ombudsman Service complaints.
• Handling consent refusals following SAR submissions.
• Acting as a point of contact for law enforcement in ongoing investigations.
• Complying with written policies and relevant legislation.
• Cooperating with other teams to provide compliance support and improve processes.
