Job summary

PromptPartner is building an AI automation company with a Swiss holding structure. We’re seeking someone who can own the accounting side—VAT, statutory reporting, working with our Treuhänder—while also building the FP&A function for growth.

The role starts part‑time and grows with us. You'll handle bookkeeping, VAT filings, Swiss GAAP compliance, and cash flow while developing financial models, monthly leadership dashboards, and investor‑ready numbers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Swiss accounting and compliance, including holding structures.
• Knowledge of VAT and Swiss statutory reporting.
• Ability to build clean financial models in Excel/Sheets.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and work with external Treuhänder.
• Handle VAT filings and Swiss statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP and local regulations.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow.
• Prepare for annual audits and financial statements.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and forecasting.
• Create monthly reporting dashboards for leadership.
• Analyze unit economics, customer profitability, and cash runway.
• Support pricing decisions and deal structuring.
• Prepare investor-ready financials when needed.
• Set up and improve financial processes and controls.
• Manage banking relationships and payment infrastructure.
• Support contract review from a financial perspective.
• Help with international expansion planning (EU entities).
