Qualifications

• Associate degree (BAC+2) or equivalent with mechanics/electromechanics focus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Interest in precise, rigorous mechanical work and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow a mentoring plan and training to develop RCP maintenance expertise.
• Report all on-site activities to the intervention manager and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Validate actions learned during RCP maintenance to preserve service quality during outages.
• Master mechanical assembly/disassembly of RCP components and understand their importance.
• Understand safety issues and apply IIA concepts; report deviations in real time.
