Accuray, based in Metz, seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, service and maintain advanced radiotherapy systems across Western Europe. This home-office role requires strong hardware/software troubleshooting, clear documentation and frequent travel (up to 50%) to hospitals and clinics within the region.

You will work independently with customers, participate in on-site diagnostics, and contribute to service tool development while adhering to safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent by experience.
• 2 years’ hands-on Field Service experience with complex electronic equipment.
• Fluent English and local language; strong customer relations and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, and maintain Accuray products at hospitals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on Accuray systems.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites; provide after-hours support as needed.
• Document service activities and manage service records.
