Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Citrix and Salesforce.
• Radiotherapy or Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong clinical background in Radiotherapy and knowledge of clinical workflow.
• Healthcare/software training experience in a healthcare context.
• Proficiency with Elekta hardware and software products.
• Fluent in French, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide tailored training to customers, colleagues and distributor specialists.
• Support Marketing/Sales, R&D and international colleagues with training and service.
• Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and per contractual obligations.
• Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, conferences and seminars.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships to drive NPS and satisfaction.
• Contribute to service delivery to exceed customer expectations.
• Manage customer evaluations to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction.
• Act as a conduit between customers and product development; communicate regional needs.
