Alpha Impulsion is seeking an Institutional Relations Manager to advance our public affairs with French and European institutions. You will work with the CEO to shape strategy, travel across Europe, and support business development for key accounts, including complex structures.

The role is mostly remote with a Paris base and eventual office location. You should have a Master’s in a related field and 2–5 years in public affairs, ideally with deeptech aerospace/defence exposure, plus fluency in

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in political science, public affairs, international relations, law, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in public affairs or with public institutions.
• Experience in deeptech, aerospace, or defence is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; other European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Develop your network and raise awareness with French institutions, EU institutions, and ESA.
• Represent Alpha Impulsion in strategic discussions with institutions, defending our interests in national and European programs.
• Engage in professional groups like GIFAS and ANF, organizing meetings and preparing position papers.
• Contribute to strategic notes and delegation visits.
• Represent the company at events in Paris or elsewhere in Europe.
• Support business development for key accounts, including complex organisational structures.
• Contribute to bid management activities: writing, consortium building, etc.
