Opus Major, a Paris-based game studio, is seeking a QA analyst to join our QA team. You will drive quality for a cross-platform, large-scale multiplayer opus, acting as the voice of the player and championing meticulous manual testing.

We’re a 30-strong team with big ambitions, valuing craft, iteration, and scalable systems. You will design test plans, reproduce and report defects using Jira, work with Unreal Engine, and collaborate in Agile ceremonies to ensure builds meet high standards and

Qualifications

HHands-on testing with solid QA standards and methodologies.
Experience with Unreal Engine or similar engines and standard QA tools.
Comfortable with Windows/macOS/Android/iOS environments.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Genuine interest in games and quality, collaborative.

Responsabilités

Create, update, and execute test plans for features, mechanics, platforms, and scenarios.
Debug, isolate, and report complex anomalies using Jira; track defects.
Use Unreal Engine to investigate issues and reproduce bugs.
Run and monitor the automation suite with the Senior QA Engineer.
Act as the voice of the player; provide qualitative gameplay feedback in Agile ceremonies.
Assist Production and Senior QA to evaluate testing pipeline and share testing expertise.
