Job summary

Hydro Building Systems, a division of Norsk Hydro, seeks a Digital Product Manager to define and oversee the strategy for digital products in an international, cross-functional setting. You will transform customer and business needs into high-performing digital solutions and ensure a consistent user experience.

You will collaborate with Development, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams, manage launches, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating suppliers and partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in product management, digital project management, or technical project management.
• Fluent English; French speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Identify user needs, market opportunities and technology trends.
• Translate business and customer needs into product requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholders in design, development and evolution of digital products.
• Manage product and new feature launches.
• Prepare documentation and resources to onboard Key Users.
• Monitor KPIs to measure performance, adoption and satisfaction.
• Ensure quality, reliability and usability of products.
