Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital is shaping the Digital Workplace experience for Accor across 110 countries. We seek a Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and delivery of self-service and employee experience tools, steering a squad and Product Owners with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 collaboration and device provisioning.

You will collaborate with HR, Cyber, and regional IT teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Workplace, Collaboration Platforms, or Endpoint Management.
• Strong understanding of modern device management and provisioning models (Intune Autopilot) and Cloud PC concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Saviynt and/or OneIdentity Active Roles for automating user provisioning and permissions.
• Demonstrated ability to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps and manage backlogs for Digital Workplace solutions.
• Manage Product Owners and oversee squads delivering Digital Workplace initiatives.
• Drive strategic Digital Workplace projects (Move2Nom, Contact Deflection, Integrations).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Hospitality Tech, vendors).
• Ensure governance, licensing optimization, and secure-by-design practices across devices and tools.
