Alma is hiring a senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to own and optimize CI/CD pipelines and the local developer experience. You will manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes, collaborating with cross-functional squads to improve delivery, reliability, and performance.

You will work in a dynamic, polyglot team and drive engineering standards while exploring new tools and techniques to elevate our platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines end to end.
• Fluent in French with good English for documentation and cross-team communication.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows for fast, secure deployments.
• Build and evolve the local developer experience to enable easy local testing across languages.
• Own and maintain cloud infrastructure and container orchestration using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Be a technical referent for product squads on delivery and infra best practices.
• Promote a culture of technical curiosity by evaluating and prototyping new tools.
