Proton is seeking a DevOps Platform Engineer to own and scale the CI/CD infrastructure that powers hundreds of engineers across diverse environments. You will drive GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, enhance supply chain security, and troubleshoot multi-layer infrastructure challenges with a collaborative, security-minded team.

You’ll work with Python, Golang or Rust to build tooling, and leverage Ansible and Terraform for configuration management.

Qualifications

• Strong Kubernetes experience and ability to tune Linux systems under real load.
• Hands-on CI/CD background with GitLab CI as a plus.
• GitOps in practice, ideally with ArgoCD.
• Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust to build and maintain tooling.
• Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
• Security mindset grounded in DevSecOps, supply chain security experience a bonus.
• Strong cross-team communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily and growing, including capacity planning and runner architecture.
• Deepen GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, from day-to-day improvements to cross-environment cluster state management.
• Advance supply chain security posture with SAST and artifact attestation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems across network, app, and system layers.
