Alma is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to own ML products end-to-end, splitting time between model development and the platform that runs them. You will manage data pipelines, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring in a production context.

You will run and improve our ML platform, including GitOps CI/CD, monitoring, SLOs and alerting to ensure reliability. Collaboration with risk, operational and product teams will drive ML opportunities for business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping ML in production.
• Hybrid work model with hands-on MLOps and infra experience.
• Professional English and working French proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own ML models across their full lifecycle from data pipelines to deployment and monitoring.
• Run and improve the ML platform, CI/CD, and alerting for reliability.
• Translate ML into business value by collaborating with risk, ops and product teams.
