Job summary

RealAdvisor is seeking a business-oriented Data Scientist to consolidate and analyze diverse data sources, build ML models and run experiments to drive subscription growth. This hands-on role spans querying databases, running experiments, modeling, and presenting clear data stories to stakeholders.

You'll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering and country managers to standardize metrics, ensure data quality, and translate insights into actionable product changes and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science or analytics.
• Strong Python and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience consolidating diverse data sources and building analytical pipelines.
• Experiment design and causal inference methods.
• Hands-on ML experience (classification, regression, segmentation) and model evaluation.
• Proficient with product analytics tools.
• Ability to build dashboards and present insights clearly (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Business-minded with proactive delivery and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from product, marketing, CRM and transactional systems into datasets.
• Analyze feature usage, user journeys and retention drivers.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, cohorts) to measure impact.
• Build ML models for revenue optimization, churn prediction, segmentation, forecasting.
• Analyze marketing performance: acquisition efficiency, LTV, campaign ROI.
• Translate analysis into product changes and growth experiments.
• Create dashboards and data stories for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering and country managers to standardize metrics.
• Maintain data quality and ETL checks.
