Scrambly is recruiting a Senior Data Scientist to own end-to-end modelling that informs how we spend and earn money. You will forecast value, determine acquisition costs, and protect the ecosystem from abuse while collaborating with engineering and commercial teams.

You will lead production-grade models, work with BigQuery and Python, and communicate complex results to non-technical stakeholders across an international team. This is an early-data hire with significant impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a data scientist building production models that drive decisions.
• Hands-on experience with LTV or ROAS prediction in real scenarios.
• Background in adtech or mobile performance marketing with attribution data.

Responsabilités

• Value prediction: forecast user and cohort value from early behavior and across revenue streams.
• Bidding and pricing: model what to pay to acquire users while respecting margins.
• Segmentation and targeting: create scoring to treat users and inventory by value.
• Fraud and abuse: improve fraud models and balance risk with user experience.
• Evaluation: define metrics and maintain out-of-sample discipline for live models.
• Collaboration: work with Head of Data, engineers, and commercial teams to implement decisions.
