Nomad Internet is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will astound customers with effective resolution, proactive account management, and clear customer education. You will diagnose root causes of concerns, identify service improvements, and build loyal relationships while guiding users through billing and account management.

You will be the voice of Nomad Internet, troubleshooting simple connectivity issues, supporting inquiries by phone, email and chat, and escalating complex cases

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills via phone, email, and chat.
• Excellent communication skills, outgoing, friendly, kind, and warm demeanor; a people person.
• Ability to multitask and utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Proficiency in typing (minimum 50 WPM).
• Dedicated workspace with ability to minimize background noise.
• Ability to work non-standard shift hours and overtime as needed.
• Provide your own computer equipment that complies with system requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provides outstanding customer service through effective and timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
• Approaches each call with a can-do mindset and treats each customer with respect, courtesy, and genuine desire to help.
• Handles inbound calls, providing general direction and guidance to customers.
• Builds customer loyalty and value through effective account management, providing product recommendations and collecting past-due balances.
• Supports phone customers by updating contact information and assisting with self-care.
• Guides, transitions account plans, helps cancel subscriptions or close accounts.
• Works with the Customer Service Team to identify process failures and opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
• Meets department productivity and quality standards.
• Completes training requirements to learn new skills and processes, develop proficiency in systems, and embody company values and competencies.
• Assists end-users with general questions ranging from rate plan differences to service availability and occasional technical concerns.
• Provides billing and account-related support to end-users.
• Performs other project-related tasks as requested by your supervisor.
• Other duties to be assigned as needed.
