Coalition, Inc. seeks an experienced Complex Claims Manager (Cyber) to handle complex cyber claims in France, coordinating with breach, defense and coverage counsel for Coalition and Allianz partner carrier.

This remote role supports underwriting and collaborates with brokers, clients and partners in the French market. Fluent in French and English, you will lead intake, assess liability and reserves, and guide third-party service providers while ensuring timely resolution of claims and robust

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling cyber claims and litigation.
• Background in financial lines claims such as D&O and E&O is a plus.
• Experience handling European cyber incidents is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle intake of cyber incidents and coordinate external counsel.
• Evaluate claims portfolios in France and ensure proper reserves.
• Manage complex and litigated cyber claims and coordinate defense strategy.
• Maintain documentation in the claims system and provide updates to underwriters.
• Build relationships with brokers, insured stakeholders and partners in France.
