This role involves managing claims for complex power projects and collaborating with project stakeholders. You should have over 8 years of experience in contract management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work internationally. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in claim management or contract management.
• Experience with dispute resolution procedures.
• Ability to work in international teams.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts and contract law.

Responsabilités

• Establish project-specific claim strategies.
• Prepare, negotiate, and settle claims.
• Provide training on claims management.
• Present major claims to Claim Review Boards.
