Amcor is seeking a Senior Director, Global Product Management – Dispensing & Applicators to define the global product strategy and drive a high-impact portfolio across regions. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth through superior product platforms that address consumer needs.

Reporting to the Global VP Product Management, you will influence executive stakeholders, guide pricing, and translate macro trends into competitive product platforms.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Marketing or Business required.
• Minimum of 15 years of product leadership experience, including 10 years in a managerial role.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global product strategy for dispensing & applicators.
• Lead PM teams across regions with 3–5 year strategic direction and regional execution.
• Drive portfolio management, pricing guidance, and capital deployment for global projects.
• Champion product superiority through market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent the product to executives and build partnerships with key stakeholders.
