Fortrea in France seeks a Site Budget & Contract Specialist to negotiate and manage site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other key contracts for clinical trials. You will work closely with clinical study teams, legal, and project management to ensure compliant and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; UK/EU degree is desirable.
• 2–4 years of experience in contract negotiation or related field.
• Strong understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage site agreements and confidentiality agreements for clinical trials.
• Track, update, and maintain contract status in relevant systems.
• Identify contractual issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical study teams, legal, and project management.
• Maintain contract files and support process improvements.
