Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to join our FSP group in Europe, with a fully remote option from France. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, negotiating and tracking site contracts and budgets across Europe, working closely with Clinical Operations to ensure timelines are met.

The ideal candidate has CRO experience, 7+ years in site CTAs and budgeting, oncology background, and fluency in French and English; you will mentor colleagues and help design

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years leading site CTAs and budgets negotiations.
• 5+ years Oncology experience.
• Experience with CROs and cross-regional interactions.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Review, draft, negotiate and track site contracts and amendments.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations study teams to align deliverables with timelines.
• Establish processes for overall site contract management.
• Negotiate site budgets and related terms.
• Provide guidance on operational implications of contract terms.
• Monitor contract expirations and maintain contract files/databases.
• Mentor junior SCMs and support site contracting initiatives.
