IXO is seeking an experienced character animator with a strong background in performance capture to join its remote team. You will develop criteria for emotional accuracy, physical fidelity, and performance continuity, critique existing evaluation methods, and curate benchmarking examples.

You'll define the expertise mix and scoring guidance for reviewers, explain micro-expressions for captions and templates, and contribute to outputs like reviewer profiles and precise visual critiques.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of hands-on character animation with verifiable credits on at least two feature films, animated features or AAA game cinematics from recognized studios.
• Direct facial animation or performance-capture work is required: facial keyframes, motion-capture solving and cleanup, motion editing or performance-rig technical design.
• Character performance must be your core craft.
• Comfortable using AI tools to generate visual test material; access to a 4K display is helpful.
