Huzzle is seeking a high-performing bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in English and French to join our fast-growing international company. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of outbound B2B SaaS sales, a proven ability to generate qualified leads, book meetings, and engage senior decision-makers across English- and French-speaking markets.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/tech.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation and appointment setting.
• Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
• Excellent communication, objection handling, and ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Engage prospects in English and French, adapting to different markets.
• Identify and qualify B2B leads based on ICPs.
• Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for AEs and sales teams.
• Research target companies and develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate prospect information in CRM and track activities.
• Follow up to nurture relationships and generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach and conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for activity, meetings, and pipeline.
