Cyera, a leading data security platform, seeks an Associate Customer Success Engineer for France. You will act as the technical expert, guide customers, and drive adoption of Cyera’s platform while traveling 25–50% annually.

• Associate degree or equivalent required; CS degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert on the Cyera Platform.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers at all levels.
• Drive customer onboarding and training to promote platform adoption.
• Understand customer goals and design customised use cases.
• Ensure customers realize value and maximize ROI with Cyera.
• Identify and remove blockers affecting customer success.
• Advocate for customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Leverage self-paced resources to educate customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
• Monitor customer health and usage metrics, report findings.
• Collaborate on joint success plans and best practices.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
