Alignerr is seeking PhD-level Applied Physicists to stress-test cutting-edge AI models. You will craft open-ended problems across classical mechanics, electrodynamics, and quantum mechanics, and author rigorous golden solutions with proper units and constants.

Your work will audit AI reasoning for physical consistency and guide improvements with concise feedback. The role is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible hours (10–40 per week).

Qualifications

• PhD completed or near completion in Applied Physics, Physics, Engineering Physics, or related field.
• Deep mastery of classical mechanics, electrodynamics, statistical mechanics, and quantum mechanics.
• Ability to explain complex physics and derivations clearly in English.

Responsabilités

• Design PhD-level, open-ended physics problems spanning mechanics, electrodynamics, thermodynamics, and quantum mechanics.
• Write precise, step-by-step golden solutions with correct units and constants for AI evaluation.
• Audit AI reasoning and identify where models violate physical principles.
• Provide structured feedback to improve physics-informed AI behavior and respect conservation laws.
• Work independently on task-based assignments with flexible scheduling.
