Qualifications

• Multiple years in solution architecture or technical consulting in B2B SaaS, ideally with complex software such as ERP.

• Clear, structured documentation habits.
• Fluent English and French skills.
• Willingness to travel, including regularly to France and the UK.
• Hospitality or travel experience, PMS concepts (reservations, folios, rate plans, night audit).
• Experience with another cloud PMS, channel manager or payments integrations.
• Enterprise architecture experience on large, multi-site projects.
• Applied AI/ML background, or experience with MCP and agent platforms.
• SQL and BI fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery where a standard demo is not enough and write scopes for native vs short-term vs out-of-scope work.
• Build fast, working proofs of concept and agree scope in writing.
• Design and build agents and automations for customer use cases using n8n, Make, and Apaleo’s AI platform.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver short-term solutions and plan exits.
• Diagnose gaps after go-live and scope expansions for existing customers.
• Create reusable assets: reference architectures, patterns, templates for future customers.
• Contribute thought leadership on how AI transforms hospitality tech and influence product decisions.
