Job summary

Brevo in Paris is seeking a Technical Lead for AI Ops to set the technical direction and lead the engineers building AI agents and tooling in production.

You will own the agent platform architecture, drive multi-agent design, observability, and CI/CD, while remaining hands-on. Fluent in French and English, you will collaborate with CX, RevOps, and Data teams to deliver scalable AI-powered operations.

Qualifications

• Proven tech lead experience with architecture decisions and mentoring.
• Hands-on as a builder, shipping production-grade AI systems.
• DevOps fluent, including infrastructure as code and CI/CD.
• Experience shipping agents to production using AI tools (LangChain, Claude).
• Fluent in French and English, with strong collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical direction for the AI Ops team.
• Own the architecture of the agent platform and related systems.
• Lead engineers, drive production readiness, and code reviews.
• Set engineering standards for quality, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor the team and collaborate with CX, RevOps, Data teams.
