Doctolib in Paris is seeking an EU Public Affairs Senior Consultant to monitor EU regulatory developments shaping digital health and support engagement at the European level. The role reports to the EU Public Affairs Lead and requires cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Risk and Technology teams, with regular travel to Brussels and Strasbourg.

The position offers exposure to AI, health data, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital sovereignty topics within a fast-moving regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in European public affairs
• Experience in Brussels or Strasbourg
• Solid understanding of EU institutions and decision-making processes
• Strong analytical, synthesis and drafting skills
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken, C1 or above)

Responsabilités

• Monitor EU legislative and regulatory developments across key policy areas and produce timely analysis for internal stakeholders
• Support the preparation of Doctolib's positions, consultation responses and contributions to EU institutions and professional associations
• Organise and follow up on meetings with EU institutions, Permanent Representations and European stakeholders
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk and Technology & Product teams to align on EU topics and translate issues into insights
• Contribute to Doctolib's engagement with European federations and associations to maximise visibility
• Coordinate with Public Affairs colleagues in Germany and Italy on cross-border priorities and shared strategies
