Shopfully is seeking an Accounting Specialist, Accounts Receivable (Spanish-speaking) to join our global Accounting team. The role focuses on collections, invoicing, and AR reporting within a hybrid, multinational setting.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with ERP experience (NetSuite) and strong Excel skills highly valued. You will collaborate across Sales and Account Management, ensuring accurate cash flow and timely payments, while supporting month-end close and process

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role.
Strong understanding of AR, invoicing, and billing processes.

Responsabilités

Manage collection process for assigned customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
Monitor AR aging and identify overdue balances and risks.
Perform customer account reconciliations and allocate incoming payments.
Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to resolve payment issues.
Support month-end close for Billing and AR and provide regular reports.
