Overview

For our client we are looking for a Release Train Engineer / Expert Scrum Master.

RTE (Release Train Engineer) for a release train within Transaction Banking /Payment data. Lead a release train of 90+ people - 7 Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a large release train consisting of multiple Scrum teams in the Transaction Banking / Payment data domain.

Primary technical area

• Java microservice development
• Kafka producers & consumers
• Database & DW development (Oracle & Snowflake)
• Power/BI SSAS
• Business area: Transaction Banking / Payment data (e.g. ISO20022)

Must-have knowledge and experience

• SAFe Release Train Engineer, 4+ years
• Scrum 4+ years
• Data warehouse / Data engineering
• Solution architecture (Data platforms)
• SW engineering (Java / Python)

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

• Payments & Transaction Banking Business knowledge
• ISO20022
• SWIFT

Questions to answer in motivational letter

• Do you have over 4 years of experience working as a SAFe Release Train Engineer?
• Have you worked as a Scrum Master or in a Scrum role for more than 4 years?
• Do you have hands-on experience with data warehouse or data engineering projects and solution architecture on Data platforms?
• Do you have professional software engineering experience using Java and Python?
• Do you have experience in Payments and Transaction Banking, including knowledge of ISO 20022 standards and SWIFT messaging?
