Job summary

SlimPay in Paris is seeking an experienced regulatory compliance professional to lead the regulatory compliance program across Europe. You will help secure and maintain licences, map obligations to products, and provide assurance to the Board.

Reporting to the EU/UK Chief Compliance Officer, you will drive horizon scanning, governance reporting, regulatory examinations, and incident management in a fast-moving payments environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance, risk management and/or regulatory experience in payments or financial services.
• Working knowledge of EU and French payments regulation (PSD2, AML/CTF).
• Proven ability to operate within a three-lines-of-defence model.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Horizon scanning, translate regulations into key obligations, support policy & CCO.
• Regular and ad hoc compliance reporting to the SlimPay Board and Committees.
• Prepare for regulatory examinations, inspections, and MAP remediation.
• Maintain the regulatory reporting schedule and end-to-end reporting cycle.
• Oversee outsourcing and intragroup arrangements.
• Manage risk events, incidents, and breaches and root-cause analyses.
