Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed via our partner, seeks an experienced Compliance Officer focused on e-money and payments regulation to support regulatory authorizations across Europe and the UK.

You will lead governance drafting, regulatory submissions, and safeguarding activities, coordinating with senior compliance leaders to ensure ongoing compliance and strong internal controls in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance or governance drafting.
• Experience with EMI/PSP authorizations in EEA/UK.
• Able to draft governance and internal control narratives.
• Experience engaging with authorities like the FCA.
• Strong safeguarding and AML knowledge.
• Proficient in English drafting regulator-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMI authorization workstreams across EEA, coordinating documentation and controls.
• Manage FCA workstreams, safeguarding arrangements, and AML governance.
• Develop safeguarding frameworks, fund segregation, and audit evidence.
• Support PSD2 authorization and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and regulator correspondence.
• Monitor regulatory changes and maintain governance documentation.
