Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management or Internal Control, ideally in Payments, Banking, or FinTech.
• Ability to influence at executive and board level in a regulated environment.
• Experience in designing and deploying governance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Reporting to the CEO and advising on risk governance.
• Enhancing the existing Risk Governance Framework.
• Monitoring level 1 and level 2 controls and optimizing policies.
